Students must provide proof when registering for the congress by sending an email to info@congresoasepelt.com
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing to the e-mail address info@congresoasepelt.com. Cancellations made by telephone will not be accepted.
When cancellations are made before 20 March 2024 inclusive, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded except for 10% of the purchase price. This 10% corresponds to the administration fees.
When cancellations are made between 21 March 2024 and 5 June 2024 inclusive, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
After 6 June 2024 inclusive, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given.
