PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

ASEPELT informs you that your personal data will be included in an automated file owned by ASEPELT. It complies with the guidelines of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and other regulations that guarantee the correct use and processing of the user's personal data.

The purpose of the processing will be to contact users to provide them with information about the services offered by the association in relation to the XXXVII International Congress of Applied Economics ASEPELT 2024, to which you are registered, as well as their treatment as clients or associates.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability or opposition by sending an e-mail to presidente@asepelt.org. By means of this clause, we inform you that you can make any type of complaint to the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Likewise, ASEPELT informs you that it will keep your personal data as long as the purpose of the transfer remains in force and as long as the user has not indicated otherwise.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

The cancellation of the purchase must be expressed in writing to the e-mail info@congresoasepelt.com . Cancellations made by telephone will not be taken into account.

When cancellations are made before 20 March 2024 inclusive, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded except for 10% of the purchase price. This 10% corresponds to the administration fees.

When cancellations are made between 21 March 2024 and 5 June 2024 inclusive, 50% of the purchase will be refunded.

After 6th June 2024 inclusive, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given.
